Company confirms AGB and agreement with platform

B) PRE-WORK in HR department of company

1. HR Specialists talks to each employee, asking for his wish list for the dream job

2. Candid internal discussion, how to realize the wish list within the current company.

3. Offering, how the „wunder-job.com“ platform will help to find the dream job.

4. Opt-In consent from the employee to be pseudonomyzed visible on the Wunder-job HR community platform

C) Data input

1. HR Specialist uploads primary data from employee into platform (manually or mass upload via csv).

2. With initial upload, employee gets email from platform to sign in and give consent to opt-in to marketplace with personal data.

3. employee will insert his full wish list data in the marketplace

D) Search, Filter, Request and confirm transfer

1. Recruiter from other companies (no external recruiter allowed) can filter database wish list fields.

2. Finding a match, recruiter can connect with the HR specialist from the current employer, chatting about the job profile.

3. Confirming the match, HR Specialist will invite the employee to the joint and transparent discussion with potential transfer negotiations. No Spam - real job offerings.

4. All negotiations will be / can be done by chat in the platform or outside the platform technology 5. If all parties are happy with the details of the transfer, recruiting company confirms success in platform, pays the transfer bonus to the previous employer and the platform fee.
